We’ve officially trained over 600 Latino professionals to create change in our communities by increasing representation on non-profit boards and ensuring the Latino voice is heard.
We celebrated Class XXIII’s Graduation from the Latino Board Leadership Academy!
Twenty-six Latinx leaders completed the 10-week program. They shared some of the takeaways from the academy and their enthusiasm to keep advocating and representing the Latino community in Board Rooms!
Class XXIII had the opportunity to network with over 70 LBLA senior fellows that shared their experiences as board members and leaders of our community; what a fantastic opportunity to strengthen our community and provide fellows with a support system as they aim to improve the quality of life for Latinos in Silicon Valley.
