The STEM Career Accelerator is designed for our Latinos in Technology Scholar (LITSI) Alumni who are ready to advance in their careers. We develop these future leaders through continuous learning, meaningful relationships, and intentional investment.

This career advancement program equips participants with the leadership skills, connections, and strategic guidance needed to grow within the STEM workforce. Through expert-led workshops, executive coaching, and peer learning, participants strengthen the competencies that lead to promotions, increased responsibility, graduate education, and long-term career success.
