Empowering the future of high-tech!

Twenty-five bright middle school girls joined our in-person Girls Who Code clubs at KIPP Prize and Breakthrough Silicon Valley in Santa Clara County!

Our coding clubs aim to increase access and gender/ethnic representation in STEM fields. Our girls get to learn directly from a successful Latina in STEM, learn the concepts of coding, and work on their computer science projects.

We are grateful to our facilitator, Veronica Flores, who facilitates our Santa Clara County clubs!
Veronica is a current Computer Science & Engineering student at Santa Clara University and is passionate about inspiring young women to pursue STEM opportunities.
