On June 13, 2023, at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, we unveiled the 2023 Silicon Valley Latino Report Card, which shows that even as some gains have been made by Latinos, concerning trends persist.
This report card is the very first one since the COVID-19 pandemic, which had a bigger impact on Latinos and disadvantaged communities in the Bay Area. The report mainly highlights how the pandemic affected Latinos’ achievements in Education, Health, Financial Stability, Housing, and Environmental Sustainability and provides updated insights from the previous 2018 report.
