Since 2016, Latinos in Technology Initiative has worked to bridge the gap in Latino representation in STEM careers by supporting Latino college students pursuing STEM majors through:

  • Financial Support: Scholarships for third- and fourth-year undergraduates, renewable for up to three years.
  • Professional Development: Mentorship and other resources to build skills and networks for career success.
  • Internships: Facilitating hands-on experience through summer internships with corporate partners.

To date, we have supported 595 incredible Scholars and invested over 8 million dollars, aiming to improve Latino families’ trajectory in the Silicon Valley region.
