On Thursday, August 29, 2019 the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley held an Latino Board Leadership Academy Alumni mixer at Box in Redwood City. LBLA recruits and trains Latinx professionals to serve as Board Members of nonprofits. Nonprofit boards should reflect the community they serve and our LBLA addresses the leadership gap in order to better improve the needs of the Latinx community in Silicon Valley.
