Program Lead- Talent Management, Applied Materials
Beatriz is a Program Lead on the Applied Materials Org & Talent Effectiveness team. Ms Pratt is responsible for driving talent programs to develop and retain technical talent at Applied within the semiconductor business unit and across the enterprise.
Before joining Applied Materials, she led global programs to develop underrepresented people at Meta (previously Facebook) within their engineering organizations. She also held various roles in talent management, professional services, and program management at Cisco Systems during her 15-year tenure there, in addition to program management roles at Linksys Group and Kingston Technology. As Co-President of Conexión, Cisco’s Latino Employee Resource Organization (ERO), she managed the strategic direction of a global 1100-member team. Under her leadership, Conexión was recognized for developing programs aimed at encouraging students to pursue careers in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).
Beatriz is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and earned her B.S. in Human Services from California State University Fullerton. A native of Southern California, she currently resides in the Bay Area.
