Program Lead- Infrastructure Diversity, Meta

Beatriz is a program lead in the Infrastructure business unit at Meta. Ms. Pratt is responsible for driving diversity programs focused on increasing the number of women in technology roles within Meta’s Infrastructure team which builds and maintains Meta’s global physical and network infrastructure. Before joining Meta, she held various roles in talent management, professional services and program management at Cisco Systems during her 15-year tenure. Prior to Cisco, she held sales and operations positions at Linksys Group and Kingston Technology. As Co-President of Conexión, Cisco’s Latino Employee Resource Organization (ERO), she managed the strategic direction of a global 1100-member team. Under her leadership, Conexión was recognized for developing programs aimed at encouraging students to pursue careers in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).  Beatriz is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and earned her B.S. in Human Services from California State University Fullerton. A native of Southern California, she currently resides in the Bay Area.
