Ron, for over 13 years, has been dedicated to improving the quality of life for Latinos in Silicon Valley. He brings passion, strategic vision, a fantastic sense of humor, and more to work daily, inspiring our team to keep reaching our goals and our community to join our mission.
Katia is a proud binational (Mexico and US citizen), and bicultural architect committed to creating a just world. She is an active community member, serving on the board of the San Jose Downtown Association, a member of the SJ Downtown Design Committee, and a founding member of the Women in Architecture Committee for AIA’s Silicon Valley chapter and supports local Latinx organizations like MACLA.
