Lupita Garcia-Reilley is a technology leader who supports employee engagement initiatives at Apple. She is passionate about building inclusive environments and is dedicated to ensuring employees have the resources and support to thrive and advance in their careers. She believes meaningful change comes from combining systemic strategies with authentic storytelling, helping individuals and organizations grow.
Lupita grew up in San Diego in a low-income household and is first generation in her family to attend and graduate from college. She received a BA in Latin American Studies and MA in Sociology from Stanford University. She benefited from the services and support from nonprofits like HFSV and believes it’s both a privilege and responsibility to give back to her community.
Lupita lives in East San Jose. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for over 20 years and has two children: a 15-year-old son and an 11-year-old daughter.
