Giselle is the Communications Specialist of the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley. She uses her skills in digital marketing communications to create engaging content and informative messaging.
Giselle comes from the Sacramento suburbs with roots throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. She received a B.S. in Journalism from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. She is passionate about connecting with underserved communities to give them the tools to overcome social inequities.
Before joining HFSV, Giselle worked as a Public Relations Associate for several companies, KP Public Affairs as a Community Outreach Coordinator, and B-Rob Productions as a Digital Marketing Manager. She has experience in corporate communications, influencer relations, and content creation for the private and public sectors. She has worked with state agencies on public awareness campaigns and has spoke with Californians to promote public safety and public health initiatives. This work has allowed her to connect with the Latino community in person and online to provide them with essential information and resources.
