Diane Lue is a Programs Fellow at the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley, where she supports initiatives that expand access to STEM education and careers for Latino students across K–12, college, and early career stages. Her work spans program coordination, scholarship outreach, data analysis, and community engagement, with a focus on increasing Latino representation in the STEM workforce.
With prior experience serving in ministry roles, she is passionate about community-building and excited to apply her skills to uplift the Latino community. Her academic journey has deepened her awareness of racial disparities in education, fueling her commitment to creating equitable opportunities for underrepresented students.
Diane is currently a junior at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business, where she is studying Business Management with a minor in Marketing.
