Ashly Velazquez Ortiz is the K-12 Programs Intern at the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley, where she supports the team with STEM program coordination, administrative tasks, and student-focused initiatives. She is currently a sophomore at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School and participates in the Foundation’s internship through her school’s work-study program. Now in her second year as a work-study intern, Ashly has developed strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family and finds fulfillment in helping others. Passionate about service-oriented work, Ashly hopes to pursue a future career in law.
