In just 8 days our Latino Board Leadership Academy (LBLA) application in San Mateo County will be closing! Be a part of Class XVI and join a network of 400 LBLA’ers in Silicon Valley. Our 10-week academy trains Latinos on how to serve in leadership roles as board members of nonprofits in Silicon Valley. LBLA addresses the leadership gap by recruiting, training, and guiding Latinos to maximize their power of giving. You will develop skills as a leader, integrate cultural competence, and be connected to a strong network of peers across Silicon Valley. The deadline to apply is Friday, April 10, 2020, to be considered for LBLA in San Mateo County.
