Jorge L. Titinger joined SGI as President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as a member of the Board of Directors, on February 27, 2012. Mr. Titinger previously worked for Verigy Ltd., where he served as president and CEO. Verigy was acquired by Advantest Corporation in July 2011,and from then until October 2011, Mr. Titinger provided transitional services as president and CEO of Verigy, then a subsidiary of Advantest. Prior to Verigy, Mr. Titinger held excutive positions at Form Factor, Inc., KLA-Tencor Corporation, and Applied Materials, Inc. Before his 17 year career in the semiconductor equipment industry, Mr. Titinger spent 10 years in the computer industry, where he held positions of increasing responsibility at Hewlett-Packard Company, MIPS Computer Systems, Inc. and Silicon Graphics, Inc. Mr.Titinger holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. degree in Engineering Management from Stanford University.

Raquel González is Bank of America’s President for the Silicon Valley Market. In addition, González, serves as the Bank’s Executive for the Western States Region. In her role as Market President, González is the company’s senior executive, responsible for coordinating operations of all the bank’s lines of business, serving area customers, and overseeing community development and philanthropic initiatives. A very active member in the community, González serves on the board of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. She has been recognized as one of the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Top 100 Women of Influence and by the Mexican American Community Services Agency (MACSA) as one of the Most Influential Latinos in Silicon Valley.

Ms. Sepúlveda is an estate planning and tax attorney with the law firm of Berliner Cohen in San José, California. Prior to joining Berliner Cohen, Ms. Sepúlveda served as a clerk to the Honorable Margaret Johnson of the Santa Clara County Superior Court and worked for Structure Law Group, a San José law firm specializing in personal and business taxation as well as business entity formation and transactions. Ms. Sepúlveda holds a Juris Doctor Degree and an advanced Master of Laws Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she served on the Golden Gate University Law Review and was a member of the Honors Lawyering section. She received her Bachelor's Degree from San Francisco State University.

Muhammed Chaudhry serves as President & CEO for the Silicon Valley Education Foundation (SVEF). His goal is to help prepare every student in Silicon Valley for completion of post-secondary education. Under his leadership, SVEF has become the leading education foundation serving Silicon Valley to support students, teachers and the community. SVEF's latest initiative is STEM - a Science, Technology, Engineering and Math initiative targeted to significantly increase the number of students completing algebra 1 and 2 as gateway subjects to academic success. Muhammed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Leadership Program.

Jake Federwisch is a Market Manager with Walmart. Federwisch oversees operations of several facilities in the Bay Area, leading approximately 5,000 associates and Senior Managers in support of the diverse community in the Silicon Valley.

Reed Hastings co-founded Netflix in 1997. In 1991, Reed founded Pure Software, which made tools for software developers. After a 1995 IPO, and several acquisitions, Pure was acquired by Rational Software in 1997.Reed is an active educational philanthropist and served on the California State Board of Education from 2000 to 2004. He is currently on the board of several educational organizations including CCSA, Dreambox Learning, KIPP, and Pahara. Reed is also a board member of Facebook, and was on the board of Microsoft from 2007 to 2012. Reed received a BA from Bowdoin College in 1983, and an MSCS in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University in 1988. Between Bowdoin and Stanford, Reed served in the Peace Corps as a high school math teacher in Swaziland. Reed is married with two children.

Rosemary serves as Director of Fund Development. She formerly served as Vice President of Development and Senior Manager at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, where she was responsible for the leadership and management of the fund development department in seven regions in California and Northern Nevada. Rosemary is currently a board member of the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley and Sustainable Silicon Valley. She also formerly served as a board member for the Santa Clara Valley Water District. Rosemary graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and earned a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from San Jose State University.

Cynthia is a native Californian with over 14 years of management experience in various industries including telecommunications, and construction. As the Manager of Operations at the 280 Group she is the driving force behind process development, system automation, staff recruitment and product launches to position the company for growth. She has expert and first-hand knowledge in human resources, finance and business operations. She has a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Monterey Bay in Human Communications. Cynthia is a volunteer in many causes including community improvement, education assistance, ecological awareness, and green energy. She is also a past recipient of the HFSV scholarship recipient and is excited to give back to a program that has proved to be an asset to herself and many others.

Stuardo Robles is a Senior Engineer and Marketing Executive with more than twenty years of comprehensive business and technical leadership experience in manufacturing systems and related services in the global semiconductor and energy sectors. In 2010, Mr. Robles was appointed as Ilika’s Business Development Director in the US focusing on the strategic marketing and sale of joint development programs and intellectual property. Ilika’s market focus is on the rapid synthesis and testing of materials for the development of products for battery, fuel cell, semiconductors, hydrogen storage, photovoltaic and other energy/semiconductor applications. Prior to Ilika, Mr. Robles had a twenty-one year career at Applied Materials in Santa Clara, CA. While at Applied Materials, he held various senior positions in marketing, business, R&D, and engineering. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California Berkeley and is a graduate of the Berkeley Executive Leadership Program. Mr. Robles has presented and published papers on various types of semiconductor processes, edited manuscripts for respected industry journals, been granted 13 US patents, and collaborated and volunteered his time with the Licensing Executive Society (LES), AYSO, and the local schools.

Lou Sanchez joined eBay in 2007 to create the Leadership & Organization Development function for the company. He currently leads the Center of Expertise for Leadership & Organization Development and is the Human Resources Executive for eBay's global functions and Magento business unit. Prior to eBay, Lou held senior leadership positions in Human Resources at Bank of America and Motorola. He began his 20+ year career in HR as a Fellow in the Careers in Training, Education & Development Fellowship program sponsored by IBM. He earned a BS in Advertising from Syracuse University and an MA in Education from San Diego State University.
Catherine Matsuyo Tompkison
Owner and President, The Tompkison Group
Catherine Matsuyo Tompkison is the owner and president of The Tompkison Group, founded in 1988. Tompkison currently serves as a Santa Clara County airport commissioner. She previously served seven years as an airport commissioner for the City of San Jose. She served as its chair for an unprecedented three years. Other civic activity includes former chair and trustee to the Latino Community Foundation of the Bay Area, board member to the American Red Cross of the Bay Area, board member to United Way of the Bay Area and the County of Santa Clara’s Silicon Valley Private Industry Council. She has served as chair of the Silicon Valley Manufacturing Group's Transportation Policy Committee. She is currently a member of the Rotary Club of San Jose and local Chambers of Commerce. Tompkison has been a long-time resident of the Bay Area. She is a native of Honolulu, Hawaii. She was educated at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and San Jose State University.
Ric Urrutia has spent the last 25 years building Taos into one of Silicon Valley’s most respected and well-known technology services firms. Prior to starting the company, Urrutia helped Apple develop its first Unix implementation and worked as a technical manager and independent consultant for Olivetti and others. Urrutia holds a BS in Computer Science from Universidad Francisco Marroquin in Guatemala City.

Ivonne Montes de Oca
The Pinnacle Company, President and founder of The Pinnacle Company
Ivonne began her career as a journalist and founded The Pinnacle Company in October 1991. Starting in 1999, she led the effort to join the Hispanic Charity Ball's committee members — who until then had been an independent group of volunteers — with the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley. The transition and integration into one entity took about two and a half years, and resulted in a successful fusion of the group's vision and mission. In 2008, Ivonne was honored by the Association of Fundraising Professionals' Silicon Valley Chapter as a Distinguished Volunteer Fundraiser for her successful efforts on behalf of the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley. Her community involvement includes serving as a senior fellow of the American Leadership Forum (Class IX), past president and founding member of the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley and as an active member of the Rotary Club of San José.
