Jorge Luis Titinger has accepted the role of Chairman of the HFSV effective January 01, 2012; Mr. Titinger has been a Board member for 2 years. Mr. Titinger was the President and CEO of Verigy, Inc. a leading provider of automated test solutions to the semiconductor and related industries. Mr. Titinger led Verigy through the acquisition by Advantest in July of 2011, making the combined company the world leader in its market space. Prior to Verigy, Mr. Titinger held senior executive positions at Form Factor, KLA-Tencor and Applied Materials. He currently runs Titinger Consulting and serves on several Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards in the high tech industry. Mr. Titinger holds B.S. and M.S degrees in Electrical Engineering, as well as an M.S. degree in Engineering Management, all from Stanford University.

Ms. Sepúlveda is an estate planning and tax attorney with the law firm of Berliner Cohen in San José, California. Prior to joining Berliner Cohen, Ms. Sepúlveda served as a clerk to the Honorable Margaret Johnson of the Santa Clara County Superior Court and worked for Structure Law Group, a San José law firm specializing in personal and business taxation as well as business entity formation and transactions. Ms. Sepúlveda holds a Juris Doctor Degree and an advanced Master of Laws Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she served on the Golden Gate University Law Review and was a member of the Honors Lawyering section. She received her Bachelor's Degree from San Francisco State University.

He advises clients on strategic direction and guidance on all legal affairs, corporate transactions and business practices and policies. Mr. Márquez received his B.A. and M.A. from Stanford University and his law degree from U.C. Hastings College of the Law.

In his role, as District Team Leader for Target Stores in San Jose, Benny is responsible for the financial performance of the stores, as well as the staffing and development of the Executive teams in the stores. Benny has over 37 years experience in the retail industry. As an active member of the community, Benny is a founding Board member of the Bay Area Retail Conference (BARC) at San Jose State University, focusing on steering students toward a career in retail. Benny is the current Chair of Work2Future Board, a workforce development board in Santa Clara County, coordinating efforts to assist dislocated and the under employed workers find jobs. Benny Boveda holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is also a member of the National Society of Hispanic MBA’s.

Muhammed Chaudhry serves as President & CEO for the Silicon Valley Education Foundation (SVEF). His goal is to help prepare every student in Silicon Valley for completion of post-secondary education. Under his leadership, SVEF has become the leading education foundation serving Silicon Valley to support students, teachers and the community. SVEF's latest initiative is STEM - a Science, Technology, Engineering and Math initiative targeted to significantly increase the number of students completing algebra 1 and 2 as gateway subjects to academic success. Muhammed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Leadership Program.

Raquel González is Bank of America’s President for the Silicon Valley Market. In addition, González, serves as the Bank’s Executive for the Western States Region. In her role as Market President, González is the company’s senior executive, responsible for coordinating operations of all the bank’s lines of business, serving area customers, and overseeing community development and philanthropic initiatives. A very active member in the community, González serves on the board of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. She has been recognized as one of the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Top 100 Women of Influence and by the Mexican American Community Services Agency (MACSA) as one of the Most Influential Latinos in Silicon Valley.

Previously, she spent 8 years in management at the Community Foundation Silicon Valley where she launched the Silicon Valley Social Venture Fund, and also served in positions as Director of Development and Donor Services. Barb has received recognition as a Woman of Influence and Top 40 under 40, both awarded by the Silicon Valley San Jose Business Journal, as well as she received the Professional Fundraiser of the Year for the Association of Fundraising Professionals Silicon Valley.

Debbie Rood is the Regional General Manager for Walmart responsible for supervising more than 80 stores and a workforce of 25,000 associates across a three state region. Prior to joining Walmart, she earned her reputation as a motivating change agent with a customer-centric focus while working as a senior retail executive for some of the retail sector’s leading companies such as The Gap, Staples and Toys R Us. Ms. Rood received her Bachelor’s Degree magna cum laude from Seton Hall University.

Dr. Sigler joined the faculty of San José State University in 1987 and rose through the ranks to hold numerous positions including, Dean of the College of Humanities and the Arts, Interim Dean of the College of Social Work, Acting President and her last position as Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. Dr. Sigler completed her undergraduate education in Argentina and then went on to receive her A.M. and Ph.D. degrees in Romance Languages and Literatures from the University of Michigan.

The Pinnacle Company, President and founder of The Pinnacle Company
Ivonne began her career as a journalist and founded The Pinnacle Company in October 1991. Starting in 1999, she led the effort to join the Hispanic Charity Ball's committee members — who until then had been an independent group of volunteers — with the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley. The transition and integration into one entity took about two and a half years, and resulted in a successful fusion of the group's vision and mission. In 2008, Ivonne was honored by the Association of Fundraising Professionals' Silicon Valley Chapter as a Distinguished Volunteer Fundraiser for her successful efforts on behalf of the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley. Her community involvement includes serving as a senior fellow of the American Leadership Forum (Class IX), past president and founding member of the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley and as an active member of the Rotary Club of San José.

Mr. Gonzales is a former high tech business and government leader with over 35 years of private and public sector leadership experience. Prior to the HFSV, he was Founder, Chairman and CEO of Presencia, LLC providing marketing and sales consulting services in the government, education, enterprise and SMB markets. He served as Mayor of San José (1999-2006), the Capital of Silicon Valley and the nation’s 10th largest city. He worked as an executive with the Hewlett-Packard Company, in the areas of marketing, human resources, and corporate philanthropy. Mr. Gonzales served for eight years (1989-1996) on the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors. As a two-time mayor and member of the Sunnyvale, California City Council (1979-87).He has served on numerous non-profit boards and is the Founder of The Role Model Program for which he received a National “Daily Points of Light Award.”
