Dr. Sigler joined the faculty of San José State University in 1987 and rose through the ranks to hold numerous positions including, Dean of the College of Humanities and the Arts, Interim Dean of the College of Social Work, Acting President and her last position as Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. Dr. Sigler completed her undergraduate education in Argentina and then went on to receive her A.M. and Ph.D. degrees in Romance Languages and Literatures from the University of Michigan.

In 1997, Ms. Zent co-founded Music Concepts Worldwide, LLC, a non-profit music marketing company releasing specialty music products designed for charitable causes. Ms. Zent is a licensed and practicing California attorney with a J.D. and Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Philosophy, Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Santa Clara University and M.B.A. from the Stanford GSB.

Muhammed Chaudhry serves as President & CEO for the Silicon Valley Education Foundation (SVEF). His goal is to help prepare every student in Silicon Valley for completion of post-secondary education. SVEF's latest initiative is STEM - a Science, Technology, Engineering and Math initiative targeted to significantly increase the number of students completing algebra 1 and 2 as gateway subjects to academic success. Before joining Ernst & Young, Carlos was a federal prosecutor and constitutional and appellate civil lawyer for over 20 years with the U.S. Department of Justice. Carlos is a law professor at Lincoln Law School of San José and has served as an instructor in trial practice programs at Stanford Law School and the University of San Francisco Law School. Mr. Singh obtained a B.A. from UCLA, a J.D. from Georgetown University and he attended an executive program on Corporate Governance and Board Leadership at the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Titinger most recently served as Senior Vice President of FormFactor, Inc.'s Product Business Groups. He previously held several executive leadership positions at KLA-Tencor Corporation. Prior to KLA-Tencor, Mr. Titinger held several executive positions at Applied Materials from 1997 to 2002. Mr. Titinger holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management from Stanford University.

Raquel González is Bank of America’s President for the Silicon Valley Market. In addition, González, serves as the Bank’s Executive for the Western States Region. In her role as Market President, González is the company’s senior executive, responsible for coordinating operations of all the bank’s lines of business, serving area customers, and overseeing community development and philanthropic initiatives. A very active member in the community, González serves on the board of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. She has been recognized as one of the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Top 100 Women of Influence and by the Mexican American Community Services Agency (MACSA) as one of the Most Influential Latinos in Silicon Valley.

Prior to the HFSV, he was Founder, Chairman and CEO of Presencia, LLC providing marketing and sales consulting services in the government, education, enterprise and SMB markets. He served as Mayor of San José (1999-2006), the Capital of Silicon Valley and the nation’s 10th largest city. He worked as an executive with the Hewlett-Packard Company, in the areas of marketing, human resources, and corporate philanthropy. Mr. Gonzales served for eight years (1989-1996) on the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors. As a two-time mayor and member of the Sunnyvale, California City Council (1979-87).He has served on numerous non-profit boards and is the Founder of The Role Model Program for which he received a National “Daily Points of Light Award.”
